At Patterns BAE, we create customized products made specifically for you.
1. Customized Products
Since our products are personalized, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless:
Product arrives damaged
Wrong product is delivered
Printing defect or manufacturing error
2. Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Share unboxing video and clear photos
We will arrange replacement after verification
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are issued only if:
Replacement is not possible
Order is cancelled before production begins
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Change of mind
Incorrect photo uploaded by customer
Minor color variation due to screen differences
5. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
